    No that lnb is for ka not ku band not much ka out there. You need a ku band lnb.

    It should work for you. 97w it should be good for that and 103w. It's a standard lnb it should work for you.

    I just use my receiver to figure out where I am at.

    Start with ku first then get a c band dish. If you have no restrictions on satellite dishes then go for the ten footer.

    101w ku has nothing on it to really watch 103ku would be better. Maybe your skew is off.

    I am a northern Indiana resident. Primestar dish is a good size dish. Its best to have a 36 inch dish on up to a 4 foot dish for ku. Start off with ku then go from there.

    Welcome bud another member from Indiana. You could be on 91w ku. 87w would be a good satellite to aim for since you live here.

    V7 receiver is not that good at tuning I had one, my Amikos are better at tuning. Just take your time. If you need help just ask us.

    Its a dvbs receiver it wont do anything on analog. I have a minibud setup. Only thing i receive is digital programming. It would cost a lot of money to install that for your receiver for no analog channels.
