I know this is an old thread, but with MeTV moving from 87 W to 101 W this month, I have been trying to scan it in on my QualiTv. MeTV is already up on 101 (AMC-4 on the QualiTv). Using 4013 MHz 5923 SR V, I get a lock with brief audio and video, but it won't scan in for me. Has anybody else...
