    Its funny out of all VOOM's subscribers its hard for me to believe you are getting the harsh end of the stick from their billing department. I have never had any issues with them since i have been with them, but thats me atleast. Keep up the good service VOOM.

    Yea how many HD channels does any of the competitors have compared to Voom? Not enough to get me to switch. LOL i bought my High Def TV to watch High Def not SD that constantly pixelates and 4 or 5 channels in high def... Hardly anyone knows about voom and that is a fact. I work on peterson...

    I am not having any issues with my billing, I am extremely happy with "VOOM", and every CSR i have talked to has been extremely helpful and polite. And atleast i got my laugh for the day from the comment about voom filing for chapter 11! LOL i guess that the gentleman hasn't done his research...
