    Comcast channel lineups?

That appears to be your complete channel lineup if you were to sub to every channel that Comcast has. I have found that Comcast website sucks and is not very user friendly or informative, you are better off going to your local Comcast office and requesting a rate card. These are generally more...

    DVR Price increase

Centurytel is not a former Bell company and do not have to play buy the same rules as AT&T, Verizon etc., thus they do not have to offer naked DSL.

    DVR Price increase

Here in Chattanooga too, $11.95 to $13.95. Plus standard cable went up $2.51, so I am now paying $4.51 more then last year. If it was an option for me I would go back to E*, for TV at least. If it was not for mandatory landline phone, I would be tempted to go dsl, not as fast but it is...

I have both, DVD-R for archiveing and extra time shifting, DVR for bulk of timeshifting. To be honest, DVD-R is rarely used. I do not have HD TV, however if I did only the DVR would be able to record HD programing.
