    Can't remember off the top of my head. You can try and unplug power and Rg6 cable, then hook the cable back up then power. There is a way to link from the settings on screen. I would have to look it up Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using the SatelliteGuys app!

    From a customer Sometimes it gives a black screen and won't come back until you've reset it and other times it will just not find the Hopper. It is weird. Didn't happen once until we got the H3 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
