I figured out what dish needs to do about the remote. They need to add the technology from the Wii to the standard remote then we can use the Diimote for the graphical interface. This has to be better than using the arrow keys (or the touch pad) to move around the graphical interface.

The remote model is on the back of the remote. and you can order extra remotes from dish or Dishstore.net I think the ones you need are only 19.99 a piece.

Thanks for the free Code took me a minute to figure it out but it's a good app.

The sling catcher also has a terrible delay for the remote even on my local Wired network. the picture quality gets ok but the delay has me using the TV2 output instead of the slingbox/catcher combo.

Not Yet. supposed to be able to do it via a future Firmware upgrade. I'd Still like to try the touch pad remote. I hope that they will keep it as an add on/upgrade option.
