I only had ONE active HD receiver on my account and the audit department still called me a few times. I did have more receivers on my account before so maybe that's why they chose to call me in the first place? I've never heard of Directv doing audits like this... I think it is Dish thinking...

It's strange when they do that. Grand Junction seems to be 50 or so miles away from that county and Denver is 200+.

And make sure you keep everything (including all tracking numbers) for years after you close your account too!

One of the reasons I'm now a happy $100+/month Directv sub. All of these "little" things can really add up to Dish's bottom line and I don't understand why they ignore that. I don't see how auditing can add to it when they are pissing off good customers with these disrespectful little a-holes...
