I've had Dish since 1996 and only with a model 5000 receiver. I never had a problem, never had to call them for anything, until I got this POS 811 receiver.. They should be ashamed of themselves.

SD on my Toshiba completely fills the screen, no problem, no stretch. I do have one SD digital OTA station that does a letterbox unless I put it in DVI mode and stretch it a little.
