Got my g3 card (they sent it 2-day air), all I can say is after another hour of my life GONE and multiple CSR I was able to add days to my system again thru the automated system. I would at this point try a system from Direct TV if they were to offer it. I did find if you called and spoke...

Was able to add days thru the automated system after having the request processed for a new card. What a Pain in the A**!!!!!

Currently on hold with the CSR after getting the code from channel 884 and he is looking up info, now he has transfered me to the "prepaid support team" the message is in spanish as I hold...and hold....and hold...and hold...and hold...and hold...and hold...and hold. Hung up after 10 minutes...

Well, I talked with CSR and they wouldn't send me a new card without the reciever telling me it needed to be replaced. So, I have no tv due to it not letting me add days and I don't have a new card coming because they wont send me one. DISH NETWORK SUCKS!!!!

I went to add a couple of days this evening and was promptly dumped to CSR who informed me the prepaid system (add days, activate new cards, etc.) was down and to try back in the morning.

cjhadley, I purchased my dishnow receiver from Dishdepot and was very happy with the service. Sorry can't help you with your other questions.

I fired off an email about the discussion of the new g3 cards and how I might get info/or aquire one, to the retailer I bought my set up from and recieved a short response of "no problem".... what the heck does that mean? I fully expect my inqury to be shelved. Please post if anyone finds a way...

I recently bought a prepaid system, and went to add more programing from the original set up and the programming I put on it. Problem... they ask for a 12 digit reciever number and the number i have is only 10 and it wont allow me to add more programming to it. They say do not include the "r" or...
