    If it's about dish you should see if they are a BBB member.Bell is not and ignores most complaints about any of thier services.

    It allways goes past the stopping spot on that site.It's not real time really.Give it a day and the site will show it back at 138 once it gets the data from nasa or whatever agency gives out the data
