    1st day for Hopper. Expected long wait for CSR and delay for installation. After the "normal(?) push 1 for english" and this or that number for something else, it took about 60 seconds for a real person and the Hopper and 3 Joeys will be installed tomorrow! Unbelievable. :)

    As a former owner of a 73"Mit. DLP., i agree the picture was outstanding, WHEN IT WORKED! :mad: Something called the "light engine" failed, and there were no parts to fix it. I will stay with my LCD. :)

    Am I forgetting something? I have had my 211 connected with component cables, to my Vizio TV. Works fine. Ended up with an extra HDMI cable. Hook it up and selected the HDMI input on the TV. NO PICTURE OR SOUND! When Component input is selected it still works fine. Is there something else...
