I had the same issue. They sent out a tech twice and replaced my Hopper and did not fix it. I ended up finding a coax connection just slightly loose. I may have tighten it a half a turn and the problem when away. I couldn't believe that all it took, but I haven't had an issue since.

A friend of mine was telling me about this at work a couple of weeks ago and I said the same thing. So I went home that night, I listen to the commercial very closely. They never say "free". They say "Sign up for the hopper and get an iPad". Pretty slick.

My install went well. It took about a hour and a half. Downloading the 922 software took the longest. I haven't played with it much yet, but so far so good. My Harmony Remote works just fine. I was worried about that reading some of the stuff on here.

I ordered my 922 tonight. The CSR said Nov 15 for the Blockbuster on the 922. I know, I know, CSRs are not very reliable, so take it for what it is. They are installing it tomorrow. Anything I should know? I would think swaping 722 for a 922 should be quick and easy Right?
