So how was the League Pass last night? Was it effected like Center Ice?

I just switched and the only thing I don't like is that you can only records 2 things at once instead of 3 (with ota) with dish. But I've got a tv tuner on my computer in my bedroom which is connected to my 360 in the living room which i can use media center as another dvr so it all works out...

On 10/31 it shows that it will have 2 feeds of Warriors vs Lakers, both in HD. The 11/2 game isn't listed yet, it says "to be announced".

The online schedule for directv isn't accurate. I just switched to directv and the guide is showing that like 18 of 19 game feeds coming up are going to be in HD, . It is pretty awesome. If i'm looking at the guide correctly.

If I decided to leave Dish and go with Directv for 2 years until all the promo's ran out and then wanted to return to Dish, how much would it cost come back and get a 722?

I love the NBA and would like to go to Directv for their sweet League Pass but I love being able to record 3 things at once, only 2 would suck. It would be difficult to record all the network shows I watch when I'm also watching NBA every night with only 2 tuners and no OTA. Plus they are so...

So does anyone know for sure if this will effect NBA League Pass or not? I've heard different answers. I was thinking about switching to Directv since I've heard their version of League Pass is lots more HD but they are quite a bit more expensive.

Hey it may be a tube and non HD but if it's 27', that's still an obscenely big screen.

Yeah I got a mailer that said because I was such a valued customer that I could get HBO / Showtime free for 3 months so I called and they basically told me to eff myself. Offered me two free ppv's instead. I said, no, i'm okay, thanks.

I'm not sure that I've watched 1 whole movie the entire time I've had cinemax. It was free though, so that was cool.

Surely Dish couldn't mess up this badly. The Lakers have got to be the most popular team in the NBA and tons of people would be pissed off. It's bad enough that 1/2 the games aren't in HD for no reason, but then they are just going to start dropping teams?

Yeah I don't quite understand how I have league pass and live in Cleveland so I can watch the Cavs vs Bobcats in HD on FSN Ohio but on league pass it's only in SD.

So no Nets or Knicks HD, the 2 teams w/ the best announcers (in my opinion). But I'm an NBA addict so I'll probably get it anyways.

Not sure if I should make a new thread or post it here, it's sort of related. The NBA preseason starts in a few weeks so if I sign up for the $6 sports pack will I get all the out of market preseason games on the rsns or will they be blacked out?
