As opposed to the crooks at all the other big telcos? They're all the same. I hate AT&T, but I get better service out of them than the crooks at Charter, Frontier, Verizon, etc., so that is who I have for internet and wireless.

    New DISH Equipment

This depends entirely on how many subscribers you have. If subscriber numbers stabilized, it would still be cheaper than how much it costs YTTV or Hulu+Live to deliver content per subscriber. The real problem is fewer and fewer people seem to want [all] their content delivered in the...

It wasn't a yard sale. They have contractual commitments and terms of the merger to meet.

Sure. Makes sense. Too bad they publicly told government agencies that wasn't the case.

DISH to Become National Facilities-based Wireless Carrier

I don't disagree, but the fact is they said they didn't need PCS for 5G prior to the merger, and then they said they need PCS for 5G a after the merger. Either they didn't plan well, or they lied.

They added AT&T. Still, doesn't mean T-Mobile didn't lie their butts off to get the merger approved.

Dish And ATT sign Deal !

Yeah, a lot of the value in the company exited through executive mismanagement. The internet didn't kill Sears -- it just pulled the sheet over the already dead corpse. Retail had already changed and Sears wasn't keeping up when e-commerce became a thing.

Dish And ATT sign Deal !

Well, AT&T does offer better rural coverage on average than T-Mobile. Still not as good as Verizon, but probably better aligned with Dish's customer base. Lately, I have found my data speeds on AT&T have been suffering a bit, but, after comparing notes with Verizon users, they are seeing the...

I know many people that buy them well after the initial release, when they go on sale for something like 80-90% off at places like TJ Maxx. They then watch them on their 32" TVs. These are not people who like to spend money on entertainment and don't care that they haven't see the latest...
