i noticed my first OTA recordings which occurred today had skips in the audio every 2 seconds. It only happened on the OTA recordings. Also when searching for a program to record the default and only choice is the OTA channel. Anyway to default to the satellite local? Jason

I found a workaround for searching. I used the Dish Anywhere app to search and record shows. Even was able to record to my OTA.

Ok so I got my remote working using learning commands. Now if my Search will just work in a few days.

Box is gone now but when I try to update my remote it just hangs on a screen saying "updating remote, please wait or press any button to cancel.

It will go back to full screen but leaves a black box in the upper right. I did go to program my remote with my receiver but not working. I'm rebooting the receiver now.

This is upsetting. My aux Sony receiver won't switch inputs and I have a black box on the top right of screen.

I love the Auto Hop feature of the Hopper but on yesterday's recordings during prime time, there are no red kangaroo auto hop icons on any of the shows. I had the hopper installed on Thursday and Thursday thru Saturday all have the icons and auto hop works? Where did they go from Sunday?

I just had my Hopper system installed 2 days ago and was checking on the diagnostics screen to make sure it was working ok. After running the system info it detected LNB drift. It says 0x0e, 0xa7, 119(e -13). Is this normal? So far I've not had any issues other than some random audio dropouts...

i am getting a hopper installed tomorrow morning. i used to have Dish and had a vip-622 and a dish 1000 dish outside.The dish is still on the house with the switch and all. Will the installer use the same exsisting dish or will he be installing a new one?

I see it is working again now and I see why it wasn't working. They have been updating the Dish access page. It now allows you to view timers, conflicts, skipped, etc... Even shows hard drive space.

My 922 has been working fine and now that we got the new update last night I cannot connect to my 922 via computer or phone. I've rebooted the 922, reset the connection, reset the router, etc.. In the broadband setting it shows I'm connected but no connection icon on the guides? WTH is going on...

Well I went ahead and chatted with dish level 2 tech support and they told me they couldn't do anything until I lost signal. Oh well.

I was looking at my system info today and noticed that I have an lnb drift detected on 129 which is -10. I've had the same dish for 5 years now and never have any problems and have no problems now. Should I contact dish or just hold off till anything goes wrong? Jason
