Amen to that. I hope they come to an agreement without resorting to dropping YES. I won't watch all 122 games on YES, but certainly a significant number.

I also have the HR 24 with a H21 (and H23). I believe you would only need the DECA unit for the H21. You do not need to connect to your home network for MRV to work (this is the mode supported by D*). Others here have connected it to their networks (not supported by D*) to allow MRV to work. If...

Almost the same boat as BigStein and wildbill except I paid an extra $99 to upgrade from a SDDVR to the HDDVR. So far the wife and I are very pleased with the MRV features.

Tech just left, outside cable connections corroded, one center wire pretty much gone. He replaced connectors and block. Everything seems to be working fine now. As a side benefit, the tech even found a remote code that works for the Trutech tv we have in this room.
