Agreed that that suggestion is an OLDER one, but at the moment, its the only way to accomplish what he's wanting seeing they quite caring about coming out with newer recvrs (and Sats for that matter) Years ago. I STILL have HR24's running for that very reason.

Correct ... They LIKE you to take the HS17 and wireless, because its easier to set up, easier for them. If you tell them you what a HR54, you can get one.

The people without Genies, can't get Streaming channels. Now if they would allow more than 1 Genie per account, that would be different.

Thats fine if they are allowing more than 1 Genie per account. Haven't heard that they have made a change in that yet.

Big Guy, Go with the HR54 and a Client or HR24 .... A client is Usually fine as lone as its all on the same system. Sometimes you can get wired or wireless, depending on your situation.
