I am pretty sure it is Hallmark (or at least the programming it is showing). It appears to be an episode of The Golden Girls. If I recall correctly, We TV (when it had the rights to The Golden Girls) used to stretch the picture to fill the screen on its HD channel.

DirecTV dumped G4 a long time before that announcement. I am sure that doing so had some effect on the ratings. Dish offered it in HD and recently dropped it after the news was known.

Not surprising as Dish launched their own weather channel when there was a dispute with The Weather Channel...Of course, that was a mess although I wish it would have worked out. That is a different story, though...I think there is a YouTube video of what happened still :)

Just like angry Dish subs who are upset about losing the AMC Networks, there are also DirecTV subs who are upset about losing the Viacom channels. Some people are very serious about their TV.

Married with Children plays on CMT and VH1 Classic. I think it even played on MTV 2. TBS still airs it early in the morning. I know Friends airs in syndication here as well as on TBS.
