Hello all, I've been a Directv Latin America customer for years, I moved and installed the antenna in Miami. As of last week I've lost all signal, changed the LNB and still nothing, did they move to a different satellite? Thanks

I checked the Regional and Pan regional footprints. None of them cover Florida, which now I'm puzzled because I'm able to get some channels. The footprints crosses over Cuba which is pretty close to FL, still wondering if a bigger dish will get my the channels I'm looking for.

Yes that what I have, but I can't even get some SD channels. I want to see if some of these channels have a spot beam directly over venezuela only.
