DrWho, that's probably what I will do. I will just replace the regular receiver in my computer room with the 35 hr DVR and get the 70 hr one to replace the 35 hr one.

I believe it is LB and it stands for Letterbox which describes the size of the picture. Basically, it will have the lines at the top and bottom of the screen.

My bad, I just realized that I also run a pair of RCA cables straight from the HD Receiver to the TV. It is only the HD channels that are lower in volume.
