    What movies are on Epix that aren't on Amazon Prime? Unless they are less than 6 months old, they appear on AP. I just read that Netflix cancelled their deal with Epix effective next month so that is indeed going away.

    I got tired of begging for Epix , Plex, XMSirus, and TheBlaze , so I went back to Dish. My only regret is losing Smithsonian, hope they add that sometime. Also, Dish gives me Cloo and Chiller at no extra cost. DTV is good for sports fanatics but I don't care for that much.

    I am not even sure that they have a retention department anymore. If you actually cancel your service, they do call you back to see if they can work out a deal for you to stay with DTV.

    If you have good credit, paid your bill on time, and have no balance owed to them, you are someone they want to do business with, if you honored your 2 year contract. My guess is you will get the new customer offer if you demand it.

    You can be sure that Viacom offered DTV the same offer that Dish has, and that DTV rejected it as being too high. I think it is worth about $3 a month tops. They could add it to the HD Extra package for $8 total.

    I think DTV removed a few Viacom channels from the Choice package. MTV2, Spike, TVLand, TeenNick and VH1 are gone . This would effect new customers.
