Well I got my Fire TV Stick from DirecTV Now this morning. No wonder I can't get my money back they either shipped it right away or on December 1st. It is still cheaper than buying one from Amazon and there is no tax.

I signed up because they have FXX for the Simpsons something Sling does not have no FXX live is a waste so it is very frustrating having to get the service and out of the three channels I watch the two I watch the most are not even in HD.

It is still active but I don't want it. No Nicktoons in HD had to go back to Sling.tv and constant freeze ups starting in the evening.

I cancelled the service. Still charged no refund and I can't even sign up again until the billing date not that I am going to I am staying with Slingtv. But come on really every other service lets you reactive if you cancel before your billing cycle.

DirecTV now is great no buffering until around 7PM EST then if buffers with that stupid blue box and I get Error 40 on the AFTV and Error 60 on the ATV until around 11 PM. Service is useless if you can't watch it during primetime.

This is why the revolution "will be Televised". Really IPTV suffers form the same issues it has when it first started. You can have a billion people tune in channel 7 on OTA, cable and satellite but try to have a billion people stream channel 7 using IPTV and all you get is cryptic error...

I agree as the Roku is the most popular streaming device it should have had a app day one. Tells you how Amazon is crushing it with there Fire TV which is based on Android yet Android TV gets the fewest apps many they never get that are on the FTV.

On my Fire TV I got error code 40 which means a rooted device and non of my Fire TV's are rooted. I think the errors just mean server overload.

Service sucks. Regret paying for the month to get a free Fire TV stick. First Nicktoons and TeenNick are not in HD only 480i come on. Now I get error 40 on my Fire TV which is not rooted and error 60 on my ATV4 even though I am only streaming on one device.

I don't care much about 4K now but if my TV goes I will end up getting a 4K TV since they are getting cheaper all the time. I do refuse to once again re-buy my movies again. VHS, DVD, BD-Ray 1080p is enough.
