They may carry only 1 or 2 players, BUT they are just sitting there and not being bought, I go into BB and CC quite a bit and never have seen anyone at the checkout with a BD player, scarcity is not the reason for slow sales, it is price.

Got my A-3 in mid March got my 5 movies on May 6th.

My price point is $200, I already have HD-DVD for under $100 and lots of cheap HD-DVD movies to watch, so I will wait on BD to get real on price, I don't think they can pull a "shortage" excuse on BD players as a reason for high prices.

Bought the display A-3 at my local Wally World for $50, just the box, put it away for a spare. BB had 2 A-30's for $129 open box, already have an A-30, and 2 A-3's for spares. Should be good to go for me.
