Looks like Home Depot has a security breech that dwarfs the Target breech.

I only use credit and don't worry about it. I'm not responsible for fraudulent charges.

    Google Adsense problems?

Lightbeam addon for Firefox allowed me to figure it out. They were coming from aceadsys.net - I assume a "gift" from an AcePlayer install. Blocked the site and they're gone. Thank God, it was driving me batty.

    Google Adsense problems?

Well that's the thing. The 10% of the time that I get a regular Ad it's like you said, with a blue arrow to opt out. But the Russian? ones don't have that (see the capture above), and I've never visited foreign sites to my knowledge, porn or otherwise. That's why I suspect some type of hijack...

    Google Adsense problems?

Is there some way to gain a little control over Adsense? For some reason it serves me 90% of my ads in an Eastern European language. I think it might be Russian but I'm not sure. I know I can run Adblock but I'd rather that the sites I visit and like not lose out on the $$. I've scanned with...

Trying to solve the mystery of which Wireless Access Point device to pair with my Comcast SMC Modem/

Installation was a piece of cake. Plug it in, go to the config page with your browser, and enter your security settings. Didn't need their tech support so I can't comment there. Range seems to be decent. Although in my application I've got a brick wall not too far away from the AP. Don't need...

Trying to solve the mystery of which Wireless Access Point device to pair with my Comcast SMC Modem/

I'm using an AirLink 101 (AP671W). It was going for around $20 on NewEgg a few weeks ago. Been working great with that crappy SMC Comcast "Business IP Gateway".

    Android Honeycomb Tablets

Crappy screen, and 10" is not for me. I'll stick with my Nook color, thanks. The latest CM7 nightly is awesome on it.

    Android Honeycomb Tablets

I grabbed a NookColor when B&N had their $199 sale on the Bay. Decided to flash with CM7 Gingerbread as most reports I read said Honeycomb was very buggy on it. CM7 has been constantly updating the ROM. Bluetooth now works, and the overall responsiveness of the tablet is great. I might try...

    GPS for Hunting

I've got a Magellan Sportrak Color that I like a lot. Has an electronic compass built-in so you don't have to be moving for the GPS to figure out which direction you're facing. Biggest downside is it only has internal memory (no SD card expansion) and loading maps into it is a little clunky...

    Slacker Radio

Slacker released new firmware (Ver 1.6.112) for the G1's on Jan. 30th. There's several reports on the Slacker forums of this upgrade not working well for some people. Reported problems include "skip" not resetting and "banned" songs playing, even though the banned icon is displayed. If you've...

    Slacker Radio

I've been using my $45 Woot portable G1 for awhile now. It's great! No problem at all with only 2GB memory. Haven't run into any repeats yet, and I refresh about every other charge. Now to get a FM modulator for the truck. I have a FM transmitter but it sux. I want to get one that plugs in at...

    Slacker Radio

Scott, for that price I'm guessing your radios from Woot were the 2GB versions? If so do you find that's been enough storage? Doesn't seem like it, but most things I've read say that you need to recharge the battery anyway, so your "stations" refresh at that time too. I picked one up last...
