    They have board meetings all the time, nothing new or surprising about that. The decision to shutdown Voom is done. If there's another board meeting to discuss Voom or Rainbow for that matter, it will be to hash out the terms for broadcasting the Cinema 10's on other providers.

    Juicy, I think this effectively squashes any talk of an Echostar/Voom buyout or merger. The wording of this seems to be very deliberate and thought out. This strikes me as coming from a company (Voom HD LLC) that intends to fight this tooth and nail.
