Just installed my 30" dish. my new quality was now 97 and power 76. It rained hard and totally blocked by clouds. With the new dish I had some pixelization , signal quality went to 76 but I never totally lost the signal. With my 18" Voom dish once it starts raining I lose the signal until it...

Even if Voom did allow you to register the box, if they will not give you the standard guarantee then you are buying a boat anchor if the receiver fails. Bill

I covered this in another thread but the problem is the either the diplexor (which it is 95% of the time) or the LNB. Get the installes back out with both and this will fix the problem. I have had my diplexor replaced twice already. Bill

Well I will let you know how my 30" performs. Got it installed today. It's cloudy and am get 97 quality and 75 power. much better than my 18" and it seems the picture is sharper :) Bill

Just go off the phone with TIVO. It was supposed to be released for Voom today. They say they ran into a guide problem and have no ETA. I am emailing Wilt now to put a bug up their A**. Bill
