ya. right now HDTV has just entered another level. still hasnt got to average joe yet. so till then there wont be much in HD. i mean ya theres enuf content to make most of us happy. but since the viewers are not that many, most channels are gonna wait another year or two before even thinking...

hey darrellP...you just pay 17 dollars for DISH? you can just get HD channels and pay that 5 dollar fee they charge huh? How do you get OTA HD free? The installer is coming to take back my voom stb and dish right now. I get free cable so i really don't give a dang bout SD channels.

My STB froze and after i resetted it..everything came back in about 10 mins. Just wondering if voom increased the dl speed. back in the day it used to take like 30-40 mins.

ya thats what i dont get. if you gonna be this brand new hd satellite company..have some high tech boxes that makes you go "dang..thats nice" dont give me that crap bout "the best part bout voom is the ugly remote" should have stayed away when i saw rainbow colors for the logo.
