    Thanks a lot. Changing the display resolution to automatic (all 4 lights lit) did the trick. I can now use letterbox or crop for 16:9 material on my 4:3 SDTV. Thanks again!

    Well, I was right. I was able to get the BFL out and tweak the dish slightly. Signal went to 94. it must have moved back a little when i tightened it, b/c it is now stable at 90-91. The guy is supposed to be back out tomorrow morning. The boxes were never activated today, they could not hit...
