I love the $100 dish install that you NEED to get some "certain" Voom HD channels. If you are a past Voom customer you probably want the Voom channels. So the install isn't free, its $100. How do you find out if your locals are on the 61.5 satellite?

Echostar has a deal with Cablevision to buy Voom's satellite, Rainbow 1, and their new uplink center. This deal is currently at the FCC for review. There has been no word on the fate of the Voom original programming. It may or may not be picked up by another provider.

Lock-ups are the most annoying part of my Voom experience. I had 2 yesterday with 6.2 and I don't want more with 7.0. The time to recover from a lock-up, reboot and guide load, is horrendous. Hopefully they will do more debugging on 7.0 before the wide release.
