    The RIGHT time is hard to say, but my guess is it would have been about 5 years ago. Best strategy is to buy a broad diversified portfolio and try to limit your expenses. Overloading or guessing on this stock or that is just gambling and I prefer to do that in Vegas when you know exactly how...
