    Tp 19 is being cleared, and changed from QPSK to 8PSK. I'd say they're making room for more HD. EDIT: It's back to QPSK in the 4:19 report with some SD channels being moved to it. Nice theory while it lasted.

    Some kind of "honorary membership" is not such a bad idea. The profile screen could explain what "DigiSAT Uplink Report" is and credit its creator. Since it can't interact, the profile would have to be set to block PMs and of course wouldn't be eligible for holiday prizes!
