Since it appears at least part of this dispute rests in the courts hands I don't see it ending any time ''soon''. Dish has a proven track record of being willing to appeal as many times as they're allowed and spend as much as necessary to avoid settling. I hope i'm wrong.

The reason why dish is missing more hd rsn games this year is because more games are being produced in HD. Digiblur can correect m if i'm wrong but I believe dish is using the same tp this year for hd rsn's as last year. same tp space plus more hd rsn games equals more missed hd games.

Yep, clocks ticking. I doubt they would load them up on the Latino package this early if they were going to go live on the 19th. Usually an upload to the latino package is 7 days or less from going live.

PQ on BBCA-HD is incredible right now. Anyone know if this channel is full 1920x1080 or the standard 1440x1080? Either way the PQ of the show, I think it's Antiques Roadshow, is unreal.

The impending problem for Dish is that more RSN games are being broadcast in HD with each passing season. By next baseball season most, if not all, RSN games will be produced in HD. Dish will be forced to either dedicate more TP space to HD RSN feeds or show a lesser precentage of games in HD...
