I guess you are right. I thought all of the Scranton HD locals were removed last week, but I guess WNEP wasn't. It is the only one that stayed (of course it's unavailable). Thanks for pointing out my oversight!

It's a step in the right direction. Now they just need to switch them to HD! WNEP E-mailed me a week ago saying they have had an agreement for their HD for quite some time and didn't know why it wasn't given to us yet. Weird.

I have no idea how the contracts work, but I do know that I received an E-mail from the engineer at one of my local stations (one that was removed on the uplink report today that stated " I have no idea why Dish is not carrying locals in HD. We do have an agreement with them to carry our HD...
