    Voom installed, need hekp quick

Just remember, when you are looking at Comp and DVI connections you will most likely need to adjust your color, contrast, etc etc, on your TV for best viewing results between the two types of connections. Most people see the Comp and the bright colors on a component connection and that looks...

    Voom on LCD monitor?

I have not done it but here where I work they have it set up down the hall at a regional support center to an LCD monitor. As far as I'm aware there is only one standard for DVI and all use the same so there should be no technical reason it doesn't work.

    24 inch dish question

LMT, I'm not sure what situation you are in but if you are extremely frustrated have someone work with you and try to point the dish yourself using the strength meter on the VOOM STB. The only thing that could be wrong with the equipment if all they did is swap out your dish and LNB is a...

    antenna solution

I doubt changing the elevation of the antenna will help. It sounds like either you are to far away from the NBC feed or there are obstructions in the path. You might want to look at antenna's that do well with reflected signals and make sure its an amplified antenna.

    24" Dish not working

In addition to Ilya's recommendations above... If you have one other person you can work with and feel confident about working on the dish yourself, go up and try to align the dish with the reciever. My last two installers both locked onto other signals "Look, I got a 99% signal!!" I go down...

    antenna solution

Before you go out and buy an antenna or rotor, if you feel confident in doing the work your self, turn the antenna to NBC and see if you can pick it up. Then you will know if you will need a bigger antenna to get it or not. That will affect your decission on getting a rotor or new antenna or both.

    --HDMI Question--

I'm not using a Monster cable but it is an DVI to HDMI cable and looks awesome compared to component. I switched to component the other day because its the same input as my DVD and man, talk about NEON white. The colors seemed to glow LOL. Yea I know I would need to adjust contrast and...

    HDMI and DVI

Ok got a question. Not sure if any out there have tried this but here's my question. I have a TH-50PX20 or 50" Panasonic Plasma that has HDMI instead of DVI. As I understand it Voom receivers don't support HDMI yet. However, reading through the TV manual it suggested that if the source is DVI to...
