Thanks all. Found one independent that sales and installs as well here in my area. Will have the installation set up for next week. Won't be long and I will be vooming. The voom box can't be as bad as the 811 box. At least I can't imagen anyone being able to produce a worse product.

That's what I am looking for a company in my area that customers have been happy with and the one I could request that they do my install.

My current Dish commitment is up and I live in Knoxville,TN. Is their someone on this Forum from my area that can point me to an installer that they were happy with? Reading other posts, I understand that Installs, Inc. is no longer the only source for an installation. Looking forward to VOOM...

I was unable to open the zip file for Voom elevation. My zip code is 37919. My azimuth angle is 148 degrees. The elevation for the Dish sat. would be 42 degrees. Does anyone know the appx elevation for my location(Knoxville,Tn) for the Voom sat? Thanks, Citico
