The Majestic HD (107): Elmer Gantry (Premieres)

It was shown 16:9. Looked good, not great. The sound under the opening credits was off, as if the film was running at a slightly wrong speed.

    Cinema 10 in OAR

Oops. I thought The Master Gunfighter on Cinema 9 was, but I just looked at it and it's not. Earlier, there was a shot of the sun that seemed to go on for five minutes, and there were black bars at the top and bottom. I swear. Maybe I should lay off the glue.

Playboy-HD Review (Warning: Adult Content Language Use - not moderated)

Let's be clear about this. At least from 9:00 p.m. on, they do show erect penises, and they show close ups of erect penises in mouths and vaginas. You see every inch of the women (including, for those interested, their anuses). You do not see cum shots. I assume they will not show close ups...

Library of Movies of Cinema 10

More movies would be nice, of course, but I don't agree that VOOM should either increase the movies or decrease the number of channels. Two or three movies a week is my max (and that includes Starz, etc.); some weeks I don't get to see any. I would hate for a particular movie to play only one...

Starz-HD: LOTR - The Fellowship of the Ring

From a brief look, the PQ looked OK but not the you-are-there, almost HD-video look of some Starz HD.
