    Yesterday I received a letter from my Hoa about my Primestar dish in my backyard. It mentioned that I had to seek approval from the Archetechural control committee to have it. Is this legal for them to do this or is there an FCC mandate that says this is ok. I beleive my dish size is 30 x 39...
