Posting mpg clips of CBS network feeds may not be a good idea, as of now they are suppose to shut the encryption off after the NFL games, don't give them a reason to change their minds about that.

I believe the uplinker is Ascent Media for that feed, based on the SR being a SR they have used to feed HD shows in the past to Canada, I am willing to bet the feed is now in HD. Would explain why you only receive audio.

TSReader does have Tevii DVB-S2 cards as a source, use one all the time, I have the Tevii S660 that works great for me in TSReader.
