thanks i got into it looking a old c-band stuff. i first set it up with and old primestar dish and a homemade mount made out of 2 by 4's. been hooked ever since.:D

because h to h motors are cool to show to people that have never seen a c-band type antenna. or they think dish or direct are to only ones up there.

I'd go for the Visionsat because it has PVR capability. That would allow me to waste my time playing with something new. Plus i would love to have a bigger dish.

In UK they were some clear dishs they were sell in over there. I think they might have something mixed in the plastic like lead to reflect

g10 can be hard to find. you will want the strongest transponder to try and get it.
