Dennis, I saw a problem report about Panisonic players and the 3D bluray of Hugo that mirror your experience. It is a player issue. Most of the time people could get the discs to play be reloading them multiple times and/or leaving the disc in the player and turning the power off and back on...

OK. Finally having failing service like all the "negative" posts in this thread. My "discs at home" has been clear for 2 days now and now processing or shipment of the next disc. I have 27 titles in my queue and 5 show available now.

Still working great for me out of the KC, MO distribution center.

Django Unchained doesn't get released until next week. Bait is indeed in 3D. It is available in a Blu Ray/BR 3D/DVD combo pack, but it is only 2 discs, so both the standard version and 3D version will be on the same blu disc.

Yeah the dvd by mail is a freebie part of it. Those channels BEFORE the dvd by mail came into play was $10 a month.

Still working for me as well. Usually drop in the mailbox on Monday morning, clears my que on Tuesday and new one mailed out Wednesday morning. I keep about 15-20 movies in the que and add new releases the week before they come out to the bottom. I typically get them about 1-2 months before they...

68 discs into the program (90% blu ray) and not one bad one.

For reference, since the beginning of Oct. 2011, I have recieved 68 discs on the one-at-a-time plan. Pretty much one a week (with a few hiccups). Very stable and doesn't seem slow to me since inception. I only get around to watching the disc on the weekends, so it suits me pretty good.
