Exactly what do we lose if we drop BB@H?

If you order on average say 4 titles at around $2.99 each, you would be over $10. I believe there may be some titles at $.99, but then 11 would put you over as well. It depends on your viewing habits so it may be worth it to some, but not everyone.

BB@Home suggestion (drop disc option !)

If I could access what I view on disc as VOD, I would agree. But since we can't . . .

BLOCKBUSTER raising it's DVD rental rates

This actually looks like the game discs are not part of the monthly pass, but now part of a new higher price package.

BLOCKBUSTER raising it's DVD rental rates

Unless Dish changes the rate for BB@H, it looks like an even better deal. One thing I don't understand, I don't recall any Blockbuster rate as being $30 per month for 2 discs, last I heard it was $14.99.

Blockbuster at home without DVD service

If most or all of your first 10 movies are listed as "high demand" it delays the shipping of the next disc. Moving a few titles listed as "now" should help.

    Personalized Recommendations?

My posts were referring Blockbuster at Home which deals with the service through Dish Network, With Dish, you get 20 additional channels (many in HD) and streaming, both via devices as computers, laptops, netbooks, smart phones, ect and through certain receivers along with discs by mail so for...

    Personalized Recommendations?

I reread your initial post, are you referring to Blockbuster.com or Blockbuster@Home through Dish? These are two different services and it would be easier to answer your questions if we knew which service.

    Personalized Recommendations?

Csr's have a lot of misinformation. I have heard where to told new BB@H subscribers that they only need the account number and not the disc in order to exchange in store (you can't do it for those who don't know). I don't even try talking to csr's anymore.

    Personalized Recommendations?

If you select a movie for information, there is a "similar section" that shows under the movie information. There are many which don't have the similar movies (new movies in particular) that show, and you do not have to be logged in to see them.

Seriously Dish, 2 BB apps in the Google play store and neither work with BB@Home?

For me, it's for the older movies or tv series. I can't seem to find some via streaming. Maybe I'm not looking at the right sites.

Seriously Dish, 2 BB apps in the Google play store and neither work with BB@Home?

My discs from NJ get to me in NE PA in about 2 days so I have no problem with that, my problem is the closest BB to me is over 20 miles away and is closing in the very near future. If I want Redbox, there are a several locations far closer but I prefer being able to stream them through computer...

Seriously Dish, 2 BB apps in the Google play store and neither work with BB@Home?

I have never seen anything that the blockbuster app was designed to work with BB@Home since it is a different service than what Blockbuster.com is for the most part. I would be nice to have it though.

    partial starz?

If you subscribe to the premium package, it should be included in BB@Home. There should be a price if it's not included (I always look before downloading), I have seen where there was a charge for the HD recording while the sd would be free and vise versa.

    I Don't Understand BB@Home

On most receivers, when you search, you can press the ratio button and only the free ones will show. If you have a Hopper, select the drop down for BB@Home.

    I Don't Understand BB@Home

You can stream what ever you can find, if it's part of your subscription there is no additional charge. If it is not part of your subscription, there is a charge and it will be listed so you know what it is before you attempt to view/purchase it.

    I Don't Understand BB@Home

You don't understand BB@Home. For $10 per month, you get up to 20 channels most of which are movie channels. You also get dvd discs in the mail (1 at a time, for an additional $5 you can have 2 at a time, or for additional $10 gives you 3 at a time). 3rdly, if you have an HD dvr receiver you can...

Unfortunately this site for Blockbuster at Home, which is through Dish Network. I am not sure where you would need to look for the answer to your inquiry.

Where the Heck Have All the New Releases Gone?

When I upped the number of Discs at a time, it took about 3 days for it to start. I'm assuming it had to do with processing, but they do come regularly after not counting Thanksgiving week (it seems no one worked on Wed or Fri that week).
