    Netflix makes a good profit on their DVD service for $8 a month. Their streaming service is another $8 a month, or $16. Dish couldn't make money on just $10 a month for both, so they ended it. Looks like Blockbuster itself might be shut down completely in a couple of years...

    If you aren't under subscription, you are supposed to send it back immediately. Eventually they will probably bill your account. Why not renew it for $5 a month? that is the best bargain they have at Dish

    I don't know what all the complaining is about. They have sent me the DVD on time, and I am getting the $5 a month intro offer. That is the biggest bargain out there.

    I ordered an obscure documentary and it was shipped one day after I ordered it. I find movies hard to find on that site. I am mainly interested in classic movies and there is no way to find those. They are lumped in with all of the newer movies. How can Dish make a profit on this service...

    I just want the extra HD channels not the dvds. They should change the service so you dont have to pay for both if you don't want the dvd service.
