I constantly check format. Many high demand BluRay's are available now in DVD. My BluRay player upconverts and the PQ is fine.

There is no integration between the Blockbuster computer system and my Dish account. I have the everything package and when shows come on premium channels there should be some flag to queue items that they can be recorded from my subscribed channels. I have at least 4-5 high/medium demand items...

I wish I had Fuzz's luck. I have had 2 Blu-Rays arrive with broken discs. More than 10 have arrived with bad segments. this is about 1/3 of the discs sent to me from Dallas. it takes a lot longer to get through my Queue with so many repeats.

Streaming is ok if it has the same # of movies available at no extra cost. Right now Dish is charging $6.99 for what I get free from BB via the mail. In additon the # of titles available for streaming is about 5% of those available via mail.

I am now 3 bad out of 8. It is also interesting that the discs we get from BB don't have the extras that purchased discs have.

So far it is 1 disc per week for me. Given I paid $10 for Platinum and now pay the same for Blockbuster@home, I am basically getting 4 free discs per month of movies that would rent for at least $6.99 on Dish VOD.

Thanks Dan. It is interesting that the Blockbuster site allows you to preview what they offer prior to joining and the BBMP site doesn't. Maybe more would join BBMP if they could see , in detail, what is available!!!!
