I've gone from 3 days to 2 to 1 to NONE. Dunno what's happened but after waiting for a new disc to be shipped for close to 2 weeks I'm done! This is with as many as 6 discs out of 28 showing as "available". Gonna go crawling back to Netflix...... Ed

I've been getting 8 @ month, all by mail, all Blurays---the nearest store is not "near" enough. I'm on the "2 @ a time" plan. Not quite as fast shipping as Netflix was but since we already were Platinum HD subs it's been a good deal for us for $5 @ month more than we were paying. Ed

They really need to upgrade the mailer they use. I haven't received a broken one yet but I've received a number of them where the mailer is all torn up and it's lucky the disc wasn't lost or broken. Never had this with Netflix. Ed

Well, mine disappeared after the 2nd overnight update. It stayed there through the 1st update and I just checked and now it's GONE. This is on my 722 NON-K. Ed

I gotta say BB by mail has improved to Netflix levels for me. Actually better, considering no upcharge for BR, new releases without a month-long wait and actually a FEW 3D blurays. I just bumped to 2 @ a time because of this. It was pretty bad initially but for the last month it's been great...

This recently announced cutback of USPS service next Spring doesn't bode well for BB or NF............... Ed
