    I canceled today [August 1, 2019]. Reason has to do with content. I was asked why I am canceling. I used the words personal reasons. I received an offer to stay. But, I actually wanted to go.

    The rule book was thrown out years ago when media companies were allowed to buy a combination of newspapers, television, and radio stations all in the same market. So this thing with XM and Sirius should've gone through some time ago. Better late than never.

    Xm To Launch Innovative New Channel

    Is it likely that a merge will take place with XM and Sirius? I have a new Ford Escape, and with it a free trial of Sirius programming. I like it, and yet there's content on XM that makes me think having both would be great. Ah, but whatever's good for goodness's sake.
