I'm an XM subscriber. I like both for music but I want my baseball. NFL isn't a draw for me since I think it's a visual sport. Baseball is a radio sport, football is a TV sport.

From what I've heard from sources at labels the 5 million number is the number of "active" radio subscriptions. I have 3 radios on one account but that counts as 3 subscribers. If I cancel they are no longer counted as active subscriptions so it would remove 3 from the total.

I don't think that AT120 subscribers count in the sirius numbers. D* customers shouldn't be counted in the total for XM either.

If you do look for speakers the Martin Logans are awesome. Totaly different than B&W since they are electrostatic. But hey they are freaking great sounding. The Anthem D1 is an excellent system but yes it is $5k the AM-30 is an awesome processor at 3k. S
