Arlo is correct. For whatever reason, you are looking at 103W and not 101W. You can tell by the exact SIDs being received. The transponder on 103W is all encrypted which is why you aren't seeing any video.

Yes, you set your Time Zone (Setup>System>GUI Settings>Timezone) but the server default in Setup>System>Customize works for me.

You don't have to manually change the date. The date/time gets updated automatically as soon as you are connected to the Internet. Setup > System > Customize > Time synchronization method ===> Internet (ntp)
