Looking from the back of the dish, skew rotation is clockwise. The skew on my fixed dish for 97W is about 21° CCW looking from the front, adjusted for the strongest signal using my meter.

The original name of this Amiko receiver was MicroHD but since the GEOSATpro microHD was already on the market, Joe at FridgeFTA renamed it to NanoHD when he began importing it for sale in the Americas. That avoided any confusion between the two receivers.

OK. That explains it. As soon as you get an Americas file and get it loaded be sure to make a full backup after the receiver reboots. It will save a lot of problems later on.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way but backups are essential, especially with Android or Linux receivers with customized software. The first thing I saw in the box of every Amiko receiver I got (from the first Alien 1 to the sample A3 Combo) was the reminder to make a backup of the factory...
