    do we need to request a new Card or do they send it ?

    I'm new to this satellite thing & I'm running an old 3100, and I was thinking of upgrading to HD receiver. right now in Ottawa, BEV is flogging them for 599$, pretty steep for a system which will be obsolete in 6 mnths. when are they coming out with new mpeg 4 HD receivers ?:)
