Could not agree with you more. Used Cathy at TVM and she really helped someone who did not know anything. Very happy with B`vu and TVM and Cathy.
Golferstan in cold Dixie
Have a B`vue 3100 system in lower 48 and it works well except the remote will not control volume.All other remote keys I use function properly but can`t change vol.
Any tips?
